The Challenge
Our client has a constant stream of innovative new product lines and rapid deadlines with year-on-year growth. AHR has responded to urgent requirements for temperature-controlled mobile units, for chef-inspired ingredients to produce creative meals to their customers time and time again.
The Solution
The ongoing relationship with the client has seen AHR supply numerous units from 31 to 37 pallet portable coldstores, 3 pallet wide – all used for a variety of frozen ingredients or finished product. Our kit offers full temperature monitoring, 24/7 emergency breakdown response and energy eco equipment as standard.
Also in-situ are 60KW blast freezers linked to factory premises and at dock level height – supplied specifically to deliver blast freezing to meat pies and pastry items. We ensured we met all their restaurant cold room needs.
